Thanks so much for commenting and taking an interest in my work! I read all comments.


I was asked by a couple of people via notes and comments whether or not I go to a culinary school; the answer is no. I go to an all girl's college up in the mountains of PA for nursing. Although I take some art related classes on the side because of an art scholarship. (Also have a presidential scholarship which pays for half of my tuition. ;]) I started cooking and messing around in the kitchen around 14 when I was diagnosed with celiac. (Can't eat gluten. [link] ) I bought premade gluten free foods and was severely disappointed, so I started cooking for myself. It just eventually evolved into the cooking I do now. I'm constantly watching FoodNetWork, follow around fifty different food blogs and numerous amounts of foodies here on deviantart. So to sum up, I do not and have never gone to a culinary school or had lessons in cooking. Although, if anyone would be willing to give me a paid internship in the South Jersey, PA area that'd be greeeeat. : D

Also, because of conditions at my school (the burners take 20 minutes to heat up, the oven turns on and off by itself, and I have non of my tools), I am unable to cook there and will only be cooking when I'm visiting home.

Commissions

Before commissioning me, please realize that this is INTERWEBS ONLY. I will not be mailing out sketches, etc. By commissioning me, you also grant me permission to post the image online or use it in a portfolio. Also, I'm in college right now- and therefore am busy with school and other things on the side; however, it typically takes 1-3 days to complete a commission. Also be aware that I do NOT do backgrounds. Please do not complain about prices, I've looked around at other artist's prices with the same range of talents and I find these prices are in check. I put a lot of time and effort into my work. And don't forget to spread the word! I need to be able to afford food. :C

4.If I accept: I will tell you where to send payment.I will send the sketch (watermarked to the extreme) and ask if everything is alright. After getting the okay, I will wait to continue until I receive payment. After receiving payment, I will complete the work, send it to you, and correct anything you want fixed.
